Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased online on the Ticketing page. If you need assistance purchasing a ticket, please contact Customer Service.
Q: What is included with each ticket price?
A: General Admission includes entry into the event at 3pm. Included in the price is 8 – 3 oz. Beer Samplings, with additional sampling cards available for purchase at the event.
Verizon VIP Admission includes entry into the event one hour earlier at 2pm Included in the price is 8 – 3 oz. Beer Samplings PLUS In and out access to Verizon VIP Area throughout the event which includes liquor sampling and complimentary food.
Q: Can a minor attend the event if accompanied by a parent or guardian?
A: No. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted into the event. All guests must have a valid I.D. to show at the door.
Q: Can I bring my child in a stroller/ carrier?
A: Find a sitter folks! This is an ADULT event. 21+ only. No children allowed at all.
Q: Is there food served at Houston Press Brewfest?
A: Yes. Food will be available for sale on-site. You will however, NOT be allowed to bring in any outside food or drinks.
Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket(s)?
A: No. Refunds will not be issued.
Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: This event will most likely sell out in advance so waiting to purchase your ticket at the door is not advised.
Q: Where is the event taking place?
A: The event will be at Silver Street Station located at 2000 Edwards Street, just north of Washington Ave and south of I-10. Please refer to the Map page for additional directions.
Q: Can I purchase additional sample cards? If so, how much are they?
A: Yes, there will be additional sample cards that include eight (3oz) samples. They are $8 each.
Q: Is this a rain or shine event?
A: Yes, this event will go on rain or shine.
Q: When do gates open?
A: Gates open at 2:00pm for Verizon VIP / 3:00pm for General Admission on Saturday, May 20th.
Q: Can I bring my dog/pet?
A: Sorry. While we are animal lovers, we cannot have pets at this event. Pets will not be allowed on the property.
Q: I purchased tickets a while ago, but now I can’t find my confirmation email/ tickets. What do I do?
A: You can log back into TicketFly.com to reprint your tickets, or you can contact Customer Support: 877.987.6487 or visit http://support.ticketfly.com/.
